Hi all here is a post that was deleted from the ma'at board by one of the moderators on the basis that I should have emailed it directly and not had the audacity (my words) to dare question motives and such for an outrageous new board that has been created. I was told that much thought had gone into this new name (yeah right I am sure it was decided how to best get as little respect for the board as possible) and that the study of Petrie was still allowed but "random meaningless lines) are not. I guess these people over there who have never studied this geometry are in a great place and are of course well versed enough to cast the decision making on what is random and what is not. It is a complete mockery of the concept of Ma'at.

Yet it was not important enough to maybe build the pyramids as a representation of this concept I guess ...

To lump ANY study of geometry and numerology as alternative is prejudicial in the worst sense of the word and can not at all fit in with the entire concept of Ma'at.
You are now saying that there can be no scientific study of Petrie's work except if one labels it alternative. This I am sorry to say is very distasteful and should immediately be corrected if Ma'at is to continue to live up to it's name.
At the very least the word Alternative should be immediately dropped.
It should be labeled "Geometry and The study of The Numbers (at Giza and elsewhere in Egypt)" at the very least. It is bad enough that the study of the numbers and geometry has been taken out of the study of Egypt. A very interesting way of stifling creative study.

I know Charlotte remembers back to the guardians Egypt days where there was a fringe section and when it became more popular than the same old same old repetitive innuendos and sentences that always start or started out with "we think" it was deleted and all it's amazing posts and ideas lost. So now we have moved all discussion of the geometry of Giza, the reasons for building the pyramids to the size they are in fact basically all of Egypt measurements to a board called "Alternative Geometry and Numerology"
They say that this is a fair and unbiased name but it is simply a smokescreen for trying to control how and what we think. here is what Wikipedia has to say about one of the words that they, in their own words, chose very carefully :

They have never offered any ideas on how or why it was built the way it was. They are worst than a pond which has stagnated for things can still grow there, In this climate ideas are stifled and are not given room to flourish, thus back to the title of my post: The Mockery of Ma'at where they have stopped the creative process. Like the world around us in general they do not want us to think for ourselves. It is dangerous and wrong and so fitting of the era we live, Orwellian history unfolding before our eyes.
