"Political analyst Al Martin, author of "The Conspirators: Secrets of an Iran Contra Insider" writes that life in America will be grimmer than ever -- if the sinister Patriot II Act promoted by US Attorney General John Ashcroft is made into law.

"So what else can we expect?" asks Martin in his column "The Building of the New American Empire."

"To continue with the Patriot II agenda of the Bush Cabal, there are two other powers, which will be given to law enforcement. For the first time, they will have the ability to issue so-called 'secret subpoenas' without going before a grand jury. The grand jury process will be bypassed. In addition, the subpoenas do not have to be disclosed to the court or to the public."

"A district attorney, state attorney, US Attorney or the Attorney General could start issuing these subpoenas in secret, and these subpoenas would be served by Federal Marshals in secret.They would be non-recorded subpoenas, in other words. The US Marshals Office, which would be charged with delivering federal subpoenas, doesn't have to record the subpoenas internally before they deliver them.

This is a very sinister power to grant to law enforcement. In other words, whoever issues them would be tracking them, but that's all. They don't want the US Marshals Office to have a record that a
congressional investigating committee could later subpoena as well.

This is absolutely unprecedented. Not even in the Third Reich were subpoenas issued secretly without judicial consent or review and without a grand jury even if it was a puppet. ..."

Hi Don,

I remember sitting watching smoke billowing out of the twin towers. and had the feeling that they were sort of "simmering", but never expected them to totally collapse. In fact, I thought they can rebuild the top floors. I also dont remember seeing pieces of the planes.

This morning I read some in the links you gave, can thair actually be such wicked and sinister people?

The world situation seems beyond repair, I do hope we have enough time for the overwhelming chaos to become somewhat orderly like a stream runs itself clean when no more polution is added. Undeniable because evident everywhere, transformation en mass is at hand, "one way or another this darkness 's got to give." Jerry Garcia.

If the house has to burn down, so be it, out of these ashes a new race of humanity, the "America the Beautiful" I was talking about will be born. And I say again that the oncoming age is that of the redemptive feminine principle, why this is so I will relate some of the things I was told. The way of tranformation

At the moment I am reading two books, one, Wolfram von Eshenbach's Parzival, in German, so beautifully written, the first part of which I will translate beginning on the airplane to and from Egypt, and by the by as I post it, as best as I can.

The other book from which I am learning is
