A Few Things Re-visited - Giza and The Pyramids of course

In the picture below is one of my earlier "discoveries",



It was never fully developed or commented on but the distance from The Great Pyramid to The Step Pyramid at Sakkara scales to 8.91268 miles which is the diameter of a circle with the circumference of 28 miles (1/10th of height of The Great Pyramid in cubits) Now 8.91268 miles is equal to 564707.2 inches which when divided by 8471 inches (base of G2 yields 66.66 ... interesting at the very least and when divided by 20.61 (possible number of inches in a cubit in G2 construction) we get 27400. (rounded) or 100 times height of G2 in cubits - 274.00 cubits actually 274.02 )

The point of this I think is to show that there is an overlying geometry possible that ties in all the pyramids of The Old Kingdom's 3rd and 4th Dynasties.

And the angle formed by the Bent - Red center line scales to about 66.? degrees and 23.? degrees which surprisingly (or maybe not) matches the latitude of The Tropic of Cancer (23.33) and Tropic of Capricorn (66.67)



Or maybe .... 23.5 degrees !!!!!!!!!

Now just to make it a little more interesting 28 / Pi yields our diameter but if we multiply the circumference of 28 by Pi we get 87.9645943 and The Orbital period of Mercury is 87.969098 which checks for 0.9999488 ... again what I would call interesting. So we can say that the orbital period of Mercury divided by 28 gives us Pi to a degree of accuracy of 0.999949 ... Nice and easy to remember ... 28 times Pi = length of a orbital period on Mercury or a length of a year on Mercury ... and now you have the rest of the story ...

Diameter of circle of circumference of 28 miles = 8.9126768131461388030574907488608 miles

8.9126768131461388030574907488608 x 5280 = 47058.933573411612880143551153985 feet

47058.933573411612880143551153985 x 12 = 564707.20288093935456172261384782 inches

Base of G2 is 8471.9 inches

564707.20288093935456172261384782 / 8471.9 = 66.65650006

ALMOST THE EXACT SAME ANGLE AS SHOWN IN THE DIAGRAMS I POSTED ...

So very nice and simple really ...

Hi Charlotte just reading some of Gary Osborn's posts at Facebook and decided to go through some of my images.

Just a bit surprised that many "discoveries" of other people have been shown to be at Giza a long time ago in some of my early posts.

Returning to our original drawing as shown below:



We can now draw in the two great pyramids of Egypt G2 and G1. The logical course would be to draw G2 first since the total distance scales to about 27400  or 100 times the height of G2 in cubits ... this I have done in BLUE and then I have added G1 in light PURPLE. The results are below:



And now please note that the Phi point on our rectangle hits the yellow circle where the slope of the "purple" right sloping side hits the yellow circle. Very neaqt but then i decided to extend the lines from the Bent Pyramid and found that this was the case as shown below. A line drawn from The Bent through the Step Pyramid gives us this result. Very impressive to say the least.



  The line drawn from The Bent through The Step Pyramid hits the right sloping side of our Phi pyramid at precisely the point where our diameter of the circle line hits the sloping side.

All a co-incidence ? Well if you say so.

Hi Don, concerning your "discoveries" a long time ago, can I say that I told you so some time ago. As you know, harkening back to the Hall of Ma'at, I said I don't accept the GP was build by Khufu, his father Snefru, his son Khafre, his Menkaura, and family relations as given by ancient Egyptology. Besides learned and plausible information "out there", I form my opinions from the original texts written by the AE, as we call them, regardless of older or more recent explanations of this being right and the other wrong, what this and the other "means", because the fundamental message can be understood even when the same words in a sentence are rearranged or a translator gets a hieroglyph wrong occasionally.

Generally speaking, orthodox Egyptology deals with the shell, the light of Egypt shimmers on the pearl inside.

Hi all. Not too much to report lately but this I found very interesting. I was fooling around with Google Earth checking distances and such and decided to see what the distance was from The North Pole to the center of The Great Pyramid. Now I really wasn't expecting to find anything of importance but imagine my shock when it turned out to be 4153.28 MILES. Now anyone worth their weight in Giza Sand would realize in an instant that this corresponded almost precisely to the base of G3 in a one to one ratio of 1 inch equals one mile and more astonishingly the circumference was 21,585.95 miles or exactly 10 times the diameter of The Moon. I know some would call this a clever coincidence but I mean really just how long can these coincidences keep cropping up at Giza ?

Hi Don,

This is really nice, how could there be doubt? Can I say this doesn't surprise me, and repeating, because of the veiled language of Herodotus, learned Philosophers of old, information from the Rosicrucians and Masons, and my perception and feelings when I stood before the GP which "outstikes thought, for the first time, I am convinced that the Architect of the Pyramids was a Seer, the title given several times in various texts. Spoken of is an "Overseer of the Overseer", and the sacred title of the "second prophet of Amun, Aanen", is "greatest of all Seers in the House of Nobles".

Hi Charlotte DUNE is suggesting that he had made this discovery back in May 14th, 2014 and offered as proof this image. It is too small for me to read but it is apparent that he has measured to G3 and not The Great Pyramid. Here is his image.

Too small for me to read too, not that I would understand it anyway. I recognize the Seers. It stands to reason that when the Texts speak of 'Seers'. Can there be doubt that the Architect of the GP, Giza Plateau, Temples at Luxor, other marvelous Structures, inscribed messages, saw things in Heaven and Earth which are now being discovered and made public? Why else would be Egypt "a copy of Heaven where here below are mediated and projected all operations which govern and actuate the heavenly forces?" This pertains not only to the phenomenal Universe, but heavenly forces within, they saw. What is a Seer? One who is wholly conscious like Shakespeare, to whom are ascribed the most ridiculous notions as well by most of our interpreters who don't see.

Forgot to ask yesterday, by 'the little man' did you mean a monk walking with a lantern? Made me lol

As you know I frequently post travel with Rick Steves, a few days back he actually told his audience that the Pyramids were tombs for Pharaoh's etc. I like the Gentleman's travel programs, general information minus annoying music and so on. This on PBS, "the best of programs", also still the prevailing view I find when the subject comes up. Oh well!
