Some highlights: (First number is course - second number is distance up from base of pyramid in cubits)

And also to note ...

Distance AC = Square root of 180 squared + 141.42 squared

Distance AC = Square root of 32400 + 20000

Distance AC = Square root of 52400

Distance AC = 228.91

Pi angle is 360 / Pi = 114.59

Twice 114.59 (since we are showing two 114.59 angles in diagram) = 229.18

Checks for 229.18 - 228.91 = 0.27 cubits or about 5 and 1/2 inches. I would like it closer but it I think shows intent. However the fact that all the same digits occur in both 229.18 and 228.91, a mathematical anagram so to speak, is a cute little twist on things

And trying to still tie it all in to Meidum we have 356.09 - 228.91 = 127.18

127.18 squared = 16174.7524

Height as we have seen is 100 cubits or 10,000 cubits square

Horizontal distance is square root of 16174.7524 - 10,000 or 6174.7524

Horizontal distance is 78.58 cubits

If overall height is 275, 78.58 / 275 = 0.28574397371142701706038718873418 If we use this as tan we get 15.95 degrees and would leave us with a vertical angle of 74.05 (Remember Perring measured 74.1 !!!!! )

And finally if we use 280 as the overall height we get 78.579592770642429691606476901899 / 280 = 0.28064140275229439175573741750678 If we use this as a tan we get angle 15.676 degrees which would leave us an overall vertical angle of 74.32

Starting at Giza and drawing the 64th course at exactly 100 cubits up

Joining the lines to this point but going up an additional .68 of a cubit to 100.68 cubits

Draw line which equals the same distance as the slope distance. This crosses through a point 53.397 cubits up and is equal to 356.090 cubits.

With radius of 100.68 cubits draw a circle with center point at intersection of drawn lines

Below we note that the diameter of this circle which defines The Pi Angle is 100.68 cubits which when doubled equals 201.36 and which is remarkably within .06 cubits or 1 and 1/4 inches of the base of G 3 which has been calculated to equal 201.42 cubits + or -

The diagram further shows the pyramid completed with height scaled to 65.5 meters or almost exactly 2600 inches (2600.35) and equal to 126.12 cubits

Taking these concepts the diagram below consists of my drawing superimposed over Rudolf Gatenbrink's diagram and some amazing things showed up. What I did was using "Swish" I moved the Pi circle up and down to see what could be seen It was very interesting.

Hi all ...

Base of The Bent Pyramid has variously been called anywhere from 362.00 cubits up to 364.00 cubits and some even outside this range. Please see this graph from John Legon's page:



In order for it to fit into an expanding mathematical and geometrical model I am working on, I am proposing that the actual distance or length of the base is 362.00 cubit, + or - 1/100th of a cubit.

Here is what I am basing this on. The diagonal of The Great Pyramid or G1 is the sq root of (440 x's 440) x's 2 = 387200 = 622.254 cubits ... HOWEVER ... if we use the distance that I have proposed of 439.82 as the base length of G1 we get this (439.82 x's 439.82 x's 2 = 386883.2648 The square root of this is 622.00 cubits. 622 feet = 7464 inches which in turn equals 362.01 cubits ... THE LENGTH OF THE BASE OF THE BENT PYRAMID. Further proof I should think that there is a direct relationship between the cubit, the meter and the foot and that The Ancient Pyramid Builders knew all three of them.
