Hello Don Thanks for the great image, reminds me of Madam Blavatsky writing about a time "when the waves dashed against the Pyramids". I don't have time now but maybe find it after work. I trust you and family are enjoying a wonderful summer! Cheers Charlotte

Hi Charlotte ... Yes Ra continues to shine down on us and all is well. Got a new liner, a heater finally and a cover for the pool beginning of June and ... well come to think of it, I just cut the damn grass in about 100 degree temperatures so I think I will go cool down and jump in "the lake" By the way do you think it is safe to visit Cairo and Giza ?

Beautiful pool, grass cutting is good for your figure ;D
I searched for a little while for the waves dashing against the Pyramids, will do so again cause I thought it made sense, came across some other info as Pi in the GP and math etc., which I will post in due time.
I wouldn't go to Cairo at the moment, emotions run as high as they jump in protest, the Folks are high-strung even in "peaceful times", but I'm glad for the 2nd revolution in tandem with the current World wide one, all in good and "right time", the ball is rolling, people don't take it anymore.

Forgot to add that the 2nd revolution in Egypt coincided with the July 4, Independence Day. Though the collective Psyche of the Egyptians differs from the Western in many ways, Life, Liberty, and the persuit of Happiness is the Birthright of Humanity entire.
The Reformation of the whole World, initiated by Sir Francis Bacon, taken up and promoted by our Founding Fathers in a trail and error Democracy, can be recognized.
Barren science, have convinced the many that such concurrent events are coincidences, but the Rabbis say: "In God's creation coincidence is not a kosher word."
Fertile science would have the world a dynamic web of relations, representing an orderly change and transformation, as theorized by Bohm and Chew some years ago, taught to me as "orderly unfolding" of things mysterious to us, by Marie Bauer Hall. Consciousness is essential to this process because if we're all asleep nothing happens.
Allied with the rabbinic saying is the German aphorism: "Der Mensch denkt und Gott lenkt." Man plans according to his thinking, but God directs his ways. Truly, very simple, whether a life-time plan or for tomorrow, "something happened and it didn't work out." The Uncertainty Principle in the atomic world.

Hi Don,
The drawing from Michael Maier's Scrutinum Chymicum in place of our logo
THE MEASURE OF MAN ACCORDING TO ROSICRUCIAN GEOMETRY
Manly Palmer Hall
When it comes to the Mysteries, also History, I quite often referred to the Rosicrucians and Masons with whom my studies began at the PRS. Mr. Hall mentioned both Orders in one sentence, so did Teachers lecturing at His great Institution of Learning.
Hier is an informative video with connection to Egypt, Rosicrucian Philosophy of how we evolve from Life to Life toward perfection, the necessity of universal reform and of regeneration of Man and society. Concerning this noblest of all works, as Mr. Hall deemed it, any contribution advances our understanding.
'Seek not our Fellowship out of curiocity', rather "the thoughts attached to the real desire of the seeker will lead us to him and him to us."

Hi Don,
Great geometry of Michael Maier's Emblem. Continuing from my post below, Mr. Hall shows the Philosopher's Stone as a double-headed Phoenix set on flames centered in a sparkling Diamond. Remember the double-headed Eagle of Lagos?
Mr. Hall writes:
"The Philosopher's Stone is an ancient symbol of the perfected and regenerated man whose divine nature shines forth through a chain of purified and unfolded vehicles. As the rough diamond is dull and lifeless when first removed from the black carbon, so the spiritual nature of man in its "fallen" state reveals little, if any, of its inherent luminosity. Just as in the hand of the skillful lapidary the shapeless stone is transformed into a scintillating gem from whose facets pour streams of varycolored fire, so upon the lathe of the Divine Lapidary the soul of man is ground and polished until it reflects the glory of its creator from every atom. The perfecting of the Diamond Soul through philosophical-alchemical art was the conceiled object of Hermetic Rosicrucianism . . . which Hermes called the work of the Sun."
Pharaoh achieved the Philosopher's Stone in the uniting of Upper and Lower Egypt, Divine and human nature, the perfected Man represented by the perfect physique of Statues, and became absolute Ruler of his Kingdom. Though not of unification, there is a good segment on Egypt in the video I linked too in the post below.
Aladdin too, was a diamond in the rough, had to find his Father because, he reasoned, he couldn't come out of thin air.

I steered away from the Crypto thread to keep things good-natured as you did with your consiliatory last post, thank you, only my good Friend Don gets from me, but as the say in Turkey, "every Guest is a gift from God". You love your wine, Germans love high-tech Beer-magic

Welcome to my Birthday Party! Should be manatory for Speaker Boehner et al and the Teabaggers seeing Socialism in action and forget even where they were born. And this is how I learned the stong-armed art of serving Bier, not beer; 20 kilo, 40 pounds in German, at one serving, walking 5 km during a shift Wishing everyone a great weekend Love Charlotte

Hi Don, Hoping you and Family had a wonderful Christmas and a good start in 2014. I'm glad to see you're back, thought everything around you was in deep freeze, haven't heard anything so maybe Canada was spared. The good news is that 6-8 weeks the first spring sprouts will peek out of the ground. More cheers to 2014 Charlotte

Hi Charlotte yes all is fine with the family although it would appear that my contributions to Giza are over. I am busy, believe it or not, starting to collect comics again. The art is quite risque but is also amazingly good. Here is an example: I am going to buy the first one, the third one has arrived and the other two are on their way to me. Cheers db

These stark ladies should keep you busy for a while. Must be adult comics for men, maybe you're being ironic because the subject is more "down to earth" than astronomical Giza. The association with women being devilish always bothered me, remembering an incident in Cairo when a teenaged boy showed me a school book cover of a women in a wedding gown married to the devil. Now I know about the philosophical idea behind this but it's taken literally. to

Very nice post Don. The artist has talent and understands the female form, as being a woman.
As a tribute to your birthday on Feb 4th I shall post the renowned (bit naughty) art work 'Snow White and the Seven dwarfs'
